What is Whiz?
Whiz is an online platform that connects customers with local grocery stores. Using the Whiz app, you can order and receive daily essentials delivered to your doorstep by stores located in your region.
Is it a delivery service?
No. Whiz is an empowering service for local stores. Orders are prepared and delivered by the store staffs themselves.
How do I place an order?
First, you need to download the Whiz app from Google Play or App Store. After signing up, you will be able to create a list of daily essentials on the home page and place an order after progressing to the next stage and filling up your information.
Does Whiz deliver in my area?
You can check if your area is under coverage on our website.
Can I order from my favorite store?
Yes. While placing your order, you can select which store you want the delivery from.
What if I don't have a preferred store?
If you don’t select a specific store, the local shop owners in the area will be notified of your order and one of such stores will pick up the order and deliver it to you.
How long does it take to get the delivery?
As we are not a delivery service, the timing actually depends upon the shop you are ordering from. But we will make sure that the earliest possible delivery is made.
Can I make the payment after receiving the products?
Yes, you can make the payment to the person who delivers your product.
Can I track my order progress?
Absolutely. You can track your orders live and even check the order history from the menu.
What do I do if my order is faulty?
If you receive a product different from your order OR, receive backdated, faulty products, the respective stores will have to change the product/ refund you in case of unavailability.
How do I start delivering products with Whiz?
If you own a shop that sells daily essential products, you can register it on the Whiz for Shop app that is available on Google Play Store or App Store. Find more information about this on our Merchant page.
